A Cure in Sight Blanket

Ocular Melanoma is an aggressive form of cancer that can effect any of three areas of the eye. Marla Avery is an Ocular Melanoma survivor. She lost her left eye in 2008. Seven weeks after giving birth to her beautiful daughter the cancer metastasized to her liver in 2009. It would return again in 2013. She didn't lose faith, she was steadfast in her belief that God only gives us what we can handle. She has no evidence of disease at this time! Marla is grateful for her doctors at MD Anderson and continues to raise awareness every way she can.
